PRESENTATIONS & WORKSHOPS

When we’re at the podium our aim is to get librarians fired up about UX.

We have a lot of experience doing:

  • Online presentations
  • Conference sessions
  • Staff days
  • Keynote talks

Let’s find what works best for you.

SAMPLE SESSION DESCRIPTION
Librarians as Designers: User Experience Thinking

Design is more than choosing pretty colors. It’s all about solving problems and even if you don’t know it, you are a designer. In this presentation we’ll introduce the concept of User Experience (UX) thinking and illustrate how it can help improve your website, programs, services, and more. After this presentation you’ll have a keener critical eye, and a framework with which you can make your library the most important place in your community.

CROSSFIT PORTLAND WEBSITE

Not a library site, but a really good one that we did. From persona development to art direction, we covered all aspects of this fully responsive site.

The end result? More gym members and fewer phone calls answering basic questions.
